Description We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server infrastructure, ensuring the performance and security of our systems. This role requires a proactive approach to system management and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities Manage and maintain server infrastructure and systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and manage security measures to safeguard systems and data. Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery procedures. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficient in Windows and Linux server administration. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices. Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
