Hiring For Sales Manager, Micro LAP (Loan Against Property)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with hands-on experience in Micro LAP products and DSA channel management . for Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Dindigul, Trichy, Sivakasi, Thanjavur & Tirunveli location Role & responsibilities Business Development: Drive sales of Micro LAP (Ticket size: 1L to 50L or as defined). Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs in the assigned territory. Manage and grow business from existing DSA network Channel Management: Conduct regular DSA meetings and product trainings. Ensure DSA adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Resolve DSA queries, payout issues, and support required for file processing. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly disbursal targets. Monitor and manage lead funnel and conversion ratios. Track competition offerings and provide market intelligence. Credit & Risk Coordination: Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure TAT adherence. Ensure quality sourcing with minimal delinquency and high portfolio hygiene. Customer Service: Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction, from sourcing to disbursal. Address escalations and maintain high NPS scores. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in Micro LAP / Secured Lending products. Proven track record of managing DSA channels . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of lending policies , KYC , credit underwriting , and compliance . Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). Experience: Minimum 36 years in LAP/Micro LAP sales with at least 2 years in DSA management . Preferred Background: NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs in secured loan divisions.
