Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator in MEP-focused construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the context of BIM Modeling and coordination. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related tools. Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and managing large-scale federated models. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
