Warm Greetings From Rivera Manpower Services, Hiring: Content Moderator Location: Bangalore Shift: US Shifts (Night) Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in content moderation or review Max CTC: 6 LPA Joiners: Immediate joiners only Job Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and platform policies. Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk content appropriately. Maintain high accuracy and turnaround time while processing large volumes of content. Understand and stay updated on changing guidelines and apply them consistently. Ensure timely completion of daily targets with high quality. Handle graphic, offensive, or disturbing content with professional detachment. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in content moderation (social media or platform-based preferred). Excellent command of written and spoken English. Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours) . Strong eye for detail and analytical skills.
