Expertise in user-centered design, usability, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional team management. Strong grasp of Agile methods, design systems, AI-enablement, and scalable delivery operations. Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a bias for action and excellence. Prefer candidates who hold a bachelors or masters degree (BDes / MDes/ BE/ BTech) in a design field, including interaction design, Human-Computer Interaction or comparable design discipline.
