The role of Shop Assistant at ECI Bilbao is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Pandora team and become a true ambassador of our values WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM. As a Shop Assistant, you will report to the Shop Manager and play a key role in providing exclusive attention to our FANS. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding the perfect piece for their special moments while upholding Pandora's standards throughout the sales experience. In addition, you will collaborate with your manager and colleagues in the daily activities of the store and ensure the maintenance of the store's image and product organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Pandora's storytelling and products, a role model for colleagues in customer relationships, and always striving to exceed expectations. You should be able to demonstrate autonomy in daily store operations, attention to detail in visual merchandising and product organization, and be proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player. Fluency in English, good knowledge of Office applications, and proficiency in electronic tools are desirable skills.
