Your primary responsibility as a Healthcare Operations Manager based in Lucknow will involve overseeing the operations of OPD & IPD, Executive Health Check-up, E-Clinic, and other patient services areas. You will be instrumental in resource acquisition, maintaining departmental MIS, formulating SOPs, and ensuring seamless patient flow and high customer satisfaction levels. Collaboration with physicians, patients, attendants, and team members will be essential to drive operational excellence and emergency patient handling preparedness. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree with a Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Hospital Management. A proven track record in patient care coordination, service delivery enhancement, and team leadership within a healthcare setting will be highly valued. Role & responsibilities 1. 100% compliance on submission of data to NABH as per specified frequency. 2. Adherence to terms & conditions of NABH accreditation so that the unit has continued accreditation. 3. Submission of quarterly data as per timelines on NABH portal. 4. Renewal of accreditation should happen before expiry of existing accreditation. 5. Submission of proper RCA & CAPA of all deficiencies of external audit within the timelines as communicated by the external authority. (complete within 60 days of the audit). 6. Coordination with Unit head & Operations manager for QIP which can have direct financial impact. 7. Timely updation of validated quality indicators data in Q-Mapan by 3rd of every month. 8. Completion and updating of all documentation as per current and latest guidelines by December 2024. 9. 100% Compliance to Documentation tracker. 10. Adhere to the Committee and Mock drill calendar by facilitating and obtaining new licenses/ timely renewal of existing licenses (as applicable). 11. To ensure Narcotics, MTP, PNDT and other statutory audits conducted are as per schedule. 12. Ensure timely updation of complies and the unit tasks are maintained at zero. Preferred candidate profile 1. Should have done Post Graduate with MBA in Healthcare Management. 2. Should have minimum of 2 years in Quality with Hospital which is NABH Accredited.

Ensuring that the hospital meets all the requirements under environment safety and social governance program of the organization Coordinating with the clinicians, nurses, technicians and admin staff to ensure the implementation of QMS in the hospital Ensuring adherence to monthly Quality review program & incident reporting including timely reporting of sentinel events Ensuring patient’s rights are upheld in the hospital and any violation is reported to the Unit head and Corporate quality head as per the policy Ensuring smooth conduct of NABH & other accreditation related assessment of the hospital by external bodies and timely submission of required closure Mentoring junior staff in the department Driving training programs as required by various accreditation bodies and Corporate office for different categories of the staff Any other responsibilities entrusted by functional head at the corporate from time to time. Required skills : Good documentation and supervision skills required; relevant knowledge with accuracy and eye for detail are crucial. Meetings Overseeing co-ordination for committee meetings scheduling & maintaining minute of meeting. Overseeing the circulation & implementation of minutes of meetings. Overseeing the co-ordination of the conduct of periodic for management to review quality initiatives meetings. Provides strategic patient safety activities protocols via patient safety committee & meetings. 5. Continuous Quality improvement programme Evaluates the quality and completeness of clinical documentation processes by performing quality. Preparation of Quality Manuals SOPs of all clinical & non-clinical depts. Based on NABH standard (5th Edition). Ensuring templates incorporated in HIS for retrieving data for Management of Quality Indicators. Maintaining Quality Indicator Data & analyzing for desired corrective actions. Ensuring medical records are complete from clinical point of view based on NABH guidelines.
