Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide patient counseling services to educate patients on various healthcare products and procedures. Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide personalized care solutions. Develop strong relationships with patients through empathetic communication and active listening skills. Collaborate with hospital sales teams to promote hospital services and products effectively. Ensure timely follow-ups with patients to ensure their satisfaction and well-being. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in healthcare sales, counselling, or related field. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving shared goals.
