Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GEM Portal Expert to manage and oversee all aspects of bidding, tendering, and procurement activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with GEM guidelines while maximizing business opportunities for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations on the GEM Portal, including product listing, bid/tender submission, order fulfillment, and documentation. Monitor and track live tenders and opportunities relevant to the organization's offerings. Prepare and submit online bids/tenders in coordination with the sales and technical teams. Ensure timely renewal of listings, product certifications, and compliance documents. Resolve technical issues on the portal and communicate with GEM support when needed. Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, contracts won, and payments received. Coordinate with procurement officers and government clients for order processing and delivery. Ensure compliance with GEM policies, terms & conditions, and pricing guidelines. Train internal teams on GEM processes and updates as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing operations on the GEM Portal. Familiarity with government procurement policies and procedures. Strong understanding of e-tendering, bidding process, and contract lifecycle management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and capable of preparing reports and summaries. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience in a government supply or public sector-facing business environment. Working knowledge of e-Invoicing, DSC, and digital documentation processes.

Strong understanding of IVR Application Testing, IVR Performance Testing, Outbound Testing Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs. Proficiency in Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools. Experience with API automation using Java. Familiarity with SQL for database validation. Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for RESTful and SOAP APIs. Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues. Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports. Expert in APIs security standards by testing authentication, authorization, and data protection. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality. Hands on experience in UI automation using selenium. Strong understanding of BDD cucumber frameworks
