About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Lead, mentor, and expand the internal recruitment team across various regions and functions.
Forecast hiring needs based on organizational growth plans and talent demand.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand team requirements and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and department heads to support proactive workforce planning.

Employer Branding

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the IT sector.
Represent the company at external recruiting events, job fairs, and technology conferences to attract diverse talent.

Technology & Compliance

Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment technologies to automate and optimize hiring workflows.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Reporting & Analytics

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with clear visibility on hiring performance and talent pipeline health.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in recruitment leadership, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment automation tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
