Having Strong connects with HR Heads, TA Heads, Functional Heads, and C-Suite is a MUST Experience : 10 + years experience in BD/Leadership Hiring an MBA degree or Equivalent. Excellent Communication Skills. Stability of the candidate would be an extra advantage.
