APIs, excipients, packaging materials (PM), and engineering goods

Key Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 13+ years in
pharma formulation industry
, with hands-on experience in sourcing
API, excipients, packaging materials, and engineering
items.
Must have experience handling
export market procurement
, especially for
regulated markets
.
Strong understanding of cGMP, ICH, FDA, and global pharma compliance requirements.
Proven negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Excel, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in managing procurement for
greenfield or capacity expansion
projects.
Exposure to
global sourcing
, contract manufacturing, and third-party supply models.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and quality-conscious environment.
