Project: Real Estate Image Editing Job Titles: Image Editor Sr. Image Editor Quality Control (QC) Sr. Quality Control (Sr. QC) Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Team Lead / Manager Shift: Rotational Locations & Hiring Plan: Cochin 50 positions (Phase 1) Bangalore 50 positions (Phase 2) Job Summary We are initiating bulk hiring for our Real Estate Image Editing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and quality-checking property images used in real estate marketing. This hiring is critical to supporting high-volume image editing operations for our Cochin and Bangalore teams. Position Details 1. Image Editor / Sr. Image Editor Key Responsibilities: Editing real estate images for online listings and marketing use Performing color correction, sky replacement, exposure and perspective adjustments Removing unwanted elements from photos (wires, reflections, etc.) Following branding and MLS guidelines Efficient batch processing of large volumes 2. QC / Sr. QC Key Responsibilities: Reviewing final output for accuracy, quality, and client specifications Checking for editing errors such as halos, incorrect lighting, and image artifacts Verifying image formatting, dimensions, and file naming Providing detailed feedback to editors Ensuring consistent quality in bulk deliveries Candidate Requirements: Role: Image Editor , Sr. Image Editor Experience Required 1+ years , 2+ Years Tools Knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Additional Skills: Knowledge of real estate visual standards Role: QC Experience Required: 2+ years in QC/editorial roles Tools Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Additional Skills: Strong, attention to detail Role: Sr. QC Experience Required: 3+ years including QC leadership experience Tools Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Additional Skills Team coordination & reporting Budget Details (Gross/Month) Image Editor: 20,000 Sr. Image Editor: 25,000 QC: 28,000 Sr. QC: 30,000
