Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (as applicable) We are seeking Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultants with strong technical expertise in Integrations, Data Conversions, Reports, Fast Formulas, and optional OIC exposure. Candidates with functional understanding of Compensation and Equity modules are preferred. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end development & support of Oracle HCM integrations (HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM APIs) Data conversions, fast formulas development, and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher Optional: OIC integration development and support Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders for smooth delivery Prepare high-quality technical documentation Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently Primary Skills Required: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Modules HCM Extracts, HDL/SDL OTBI, BI Publisher Fast Formulas HCM APIs Functional Knowledge in Compensation & Equity is a plus Experience in Mulesoft is a bonus but not mandatory Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is optional but highly desirable Share Your Resume With Below Details: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Total Experience: Relevant HCM Experience: Notice Period: Preferred Location: Contact: +91 9032956160
