In this role, your responsibilities will include providing support to Emerson Sales Offices for efficient and effective Project Execution for Rosemount Tank Gauging business. You will be responsible for preparing post-order documentation, screening customer PO, resolving customer comments and timely submission, preparing the Order Entry Sheet for internal orders, and submitting project documentation to the customer/EPC/End-user/Purchaser for manufacturing approval. Attending internal project execution meetings, preparing buyouts specifications, coordinating with the SCM Team for quotes/POs, preparing and meeting project schedules, submitting As-Build documentation, and maintaining a log of all key metrics for projects. Additionally, you will be developing Techno-commercial proposals for enquiries/RFQ's related to Rosemount Tank Gauging Systems, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Rosemount Tank gauging products, selecting suitable instruments based on the RFQ, detailing specifications, designing instrumentation solutions/systems based on applications, and maintaining a log of all key metrics for proposals. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who readily tackles new challenges without unnecessary planning, understands your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limits, shows personal commitment to continuous improvement, learns quickly when facing new situations, and effectively communicates in various settings. You will need to have 1-4 years of experience in core instrumentation with Process Industry, EPC Companies, or OEM companies. A clear understanding of basic working principles of different Level instruments, Pressure and Temperature instruments is required, with added knowledge of Tank Gauging Systems being an advantage. Familiarity with instrument installation and calibration, Instrument Data Sheets, P&ID and Specifications, International Standards for Hazardous, Flammable Areas, Ingress Protection Codes, SIL Ratings, Wiring, and Looping is necessary. The ability to handle MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential, while familiarity with CAD and MS Projects is an added advantage. Candidates with knowledge of documentation related to post-order activities will be preferred. Design electrical distribution systems for low voltage and high voltage based on international standards for projects in the Middle East, Europe, and South East Asia regions. Possess a good understanding and working knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including pumping stations, desalination plants, and sewage treatment plants. Support global multi-disciplinary teams on water and wastewater projects by preparing design basis, load lists, cable schedules, interconnection schedules, single line diagrams, schematics, and bulk material take-off. Have expertise in P&ID, control philosophy, and control system architecture. Preferably, demonstrate working knowledge of I/O lists, loop diagrams, instrument lists, and instrument datasheets. Conduct equipment sizing calculations for transformers, generators, HV/LV cables, AC UPS, and capacitor banks. Perform lighting calculations for indoor, outdoor, and street illumination, as well as earthing and lightning protection. Utilize system studies software such as ETAP, SKM, or Amtech to model electrical systems, conduct load flow, short circuit, motor starting, and protection relay setting studies independently. Create technical specifications and data sheets for electrical equipment such as transformers, DG sets, switchgear, UPS, distribution boards, VFDs, and soft starters. Familiarity with applications like Bentley AutoPlant, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, or Revit MEP is advantageous. Participate in RFQ preparation, review technical offers from vendors, and evaluate bid tabulation/documentation. Review vendor drawings and schematics for various electrical equipment. Apply broad practical knowledge to design layouts for outdoor/indoor substations, trench/tray layouts, and lighting layouts. Collaborate with designers, architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, process engineers, and external design consultants as necessary. Contribute to conceptual report writing, construction plan preparation, and technical specification development. Experience in hazardous areas application is essential.
