Follow a child-centric approach, observing the developmental needs at each age Create an artistic learning environment and materials Guide parents on building Waldorf environment at home Be passionate to work with children and teach Have experience in managing a group of children. Be fluent in English accurate grammar and diction is necessary Be able to narrate stories, sing, knit, sew and paint with children. Even if the candidate is not adept at these skills, a willingness to learn is important. Be adaptable to alternate teaching approaches Role & responsibilities of Grade Shcool Teacher Lead a class through Grade 1 to Grade 8 in Waldorf philosophy of education.
