Role & responsibilities Supervise and manage large production blocks or clusters, ensuring smooth operations and efficient manpower deployment. Collaborate closely with R&D for feasibility studies, demo batches, and implementation of new processes. Conduct equipment mapping and coordinate necessary plant modifications. Plan and execute procurement of new equipment and raw materials in coordination with the supply chain team. Work in synergy with the Engineering, Production Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments to maintain production flow. Lead and support the execution of scale-up batches and analyze output data for optimization. Drive improvements in raw material usage, batch cycle time, and overall process efficiency for cost reduction. Ensure the timely and accurate manufacturing of products as per customer demands and production schedules. Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all operations.
