Experience Requirement: 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Senior Developer. Hands-on experience with SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules in ServiceNow. Strong background in implementing integrations and managing Service Portal. Experience with SAMPro Maturation and Workspace management. Education: Any Graduation.
