Coordinate, collect, review, and update the paperwork required for submission of nonimmigrant visas like H1B, H4 and Stem OPT. Extensively had knowledge on various kinds of H1B applications such as Cap H1B applications, Transfer applications, Amendment applications, Extension applications. Internal team collaboration to collect information required to initiate LCA and H1B application process. Create and review the LCA and update the status to beneficiary. Prepare forms like I129, I539, I765 for submission of visa categories H1B, H4, H4 EAD respectively. Prepare weekly reports and send to onsite counterparts and Management as well. Review the RFE copies and collect the RFE documents from beneficiary and shared same with onsite counterparts as well as attorneys of Law firms. Organize and upload the documents like Receipts, RFEs, Approvals, Denials copies on the server. Search SOC codes for required Job titles of candidates, and file Labor Condition Application (LCA) with respective salaries. Preparing Offer, Experience, DMV, Consulate, Reentry Letters. Working experience with Attorneys on Day to Day Basis. Need experience on preparing PERM Applications and GC processing. Need support on Visa Stamping. Working on I9 forms & Everification. Issuing Offer Letters. Onboarding the beneficiary. Handling I9 and W4 paperwork. Handling I983 of Stem OPTs. Deal with H1b paperwork.
