Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates from various sources such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Manage candidate profiles on LinkedIn and other job portals to ensure accurate data entry. Provide regular updates to clients regarding progress made in filling open positions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in recruitment consulting or staffing industry. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate engagement. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
