Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a technical leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Mentor project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators, providing updates on project progress. Interface with customer representatives to address any issues or concerns. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. ### Job Requirements Experience in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration, including thorough knowledge of concepts like Delinquency, Disbursements, Collections, Write-off, Transfer Policy, and New Payment Batch. Strong understanding of Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic is required. Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from an insurance domain background. Excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred. Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance is essential. Understanding and experience of software development best practices.
