Job Requirements and Preferences: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of Equivalent Experience Advanced abilities in solutioning the Guidewire Suite of applications on premises and SaaS, leading complex engagements within the Guidewire product suite successfully, on-time and on-budget. Extensive experience in Application Managed Service projects and solutioning Guidewire applications, including AES delivery as a Lead Developer. Expertise in delivering Guidewire solutions for business processes and enterprise perspectives. Proficiency in developing scalable and robust Guidewire Solution Strategies in hybrid IT landscapes. Proven track record of developing market-differentiated Guidewire solutions and leading proposal development efforts. Ability to support Guidewire Suite solutions, improve business processes, and take an initiative-driven approach to quality. Expertise in addressing client needs, developing impactful client relationships, and identifying new service opportunities. Experience in leading global teams, setting a vision, motivating team members, and fostering innovation. Intimate abilities in developing strategies, communicating effectively, and presenting cogently to various audiences. Comfort and proficiency in handling client escalations and contributing as a thought leader internally and externally.
