We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire software development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Guidewire applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Guidewire applications according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and maintain Guidewire data models, workflows, and integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-13 years of experience in Guidewire development.
• Proficient in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Guidewire configuration and customization techniques.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
