Job Description

As a Lead Product Consultant, you will be involved in various stages of the project lifecycle to ensure technical feasibility and provide lasting value to customers. Your responsibilities will include participating in pre-sales activities, creating solutions based on customer needs, and collaborating with the client technical team to understand the ecosystem. You will analyze customer requirements from both IT and business process perspectives, provide recommendations for product implementation and customization, and create solution architectures to address challenges effectively. Leading Proof of Concept initiatives, you will demonstrate the benefits of proposed solutions and offer insights on technical robustness and scalability. In terms of project management, you will interact with customers to identify expectations, resolve issues, and oversee offshore-onsite coordination for seamless project execution. You will also be responsible for preparing estimation guidelines, tracking project plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery while maintaining documentation and collating status reports for stakeholders. Your role will also involve providing guidance to the team on product perspectives, participating in design and architecture reviews, and driving innovation by identifying and sharing best practices. You will play a vital role in capability building by preparing case studies, ensuring knowledge management practices are followed, and supporting people management activities such as conflict resolution, team building, and skill development. Must-have skills for this role include expertise in Guidewire and ClaimCenter, which are essential for delivering successful solutions to clients. Your ability to mentor team members, provide coaching support, and contribute to their learning and career development will be key to achieving project goals and ensuring team success.,
