You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the success of the projects and clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions. - Knowledge of Java programming language. - Hands-on experience with relational databases.
