Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Operate the front desk efficiently, including managing reservations and room assignments Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Greets guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome, often handling check-in procedures. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations tactfully Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Managing Guest Records Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
