As a Brand & Communication Lead at a leading EdTech Organization in India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence and communication strategies of the company. Your key responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for new schools, focusing on setting up their branding, communication eco-system, and marketing activations. You will be responsible for developing innovative Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns, involving ideation, content creation, and channel planning to ensure the achievement of monthly lead targets. Collaborating with school marketing teams, you will provide guidance and support for both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activation efforts. You will also be tasked with managing the visual identity of the brand at various customer touchpoints across schools, conducting regular audits to maintain brand consistency. Driving PR and media outreach efforts in coordination with school communication managers will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media handles, newsletters, marketing collaterals, and other brand-building activities for the central India region.
