About The Role KILONEWTONS is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and accounting software ???? Key Responsibilities ?? Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations ?? Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports ?? Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings in compliance with Indian regulations ?? Process payroll and maintain employee financial records ?? Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance ?? Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts ?? Liaise with auditors and assist in annual audits ?? Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules ?? Implement and improve financial processes and controls ???Required Skills & Software Proficiency ?? 5+ years of professional accounting experience ?? Expertise in Tally ERP 9 and QuickBooks (certification preferred) ?? Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and taxation laws ?? Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) ?? Experience with financial reporting and budget preparation ?? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ??
