In-Person Engagement & Travel: Conduct on-site visits to colleges and universities to strengthen relationships. Travel extensively, including multi-day trips, to explore local opportunities and expand Gryphon Academy’s reach. Represent Gryphon Academy professionally in all engagements and promote partnerships effectively. 4. Market Insights & Strategy Development: Stay updated on industry trends, higher education developments, and emerging opportunities. Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning, identify gaps, and enhance Gryphon Academy’s offerings. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market insights. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and ongoing discussions. Generate detailed reports on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or preferably the same domain (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the education, training, or similar industries. Strong understanding of higher education institutions and familiarity with MBA, MCA, B.Tech, and related programs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships. Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing MOUs/contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
