Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting B2B clients.
Develop and run cold email marketing campaigns with a focus on personalization, deliverability, and conversion.
Perform A/B testing on copy, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve CAC and ROAS.
Collaborate with content and sales teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
Manage campaign budgets and report on performance metrics weekly/monthly.
Use tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track performance and ROI.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically B2B lead generation
Demonstrated success with PPC campaigns and cold outreach strategies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), CRMs, and cold email tools
Excellent written communication skills (for email copywriting and ad creatives)
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Nice to Have

Experience working with software development or tech consulting firms
Knowledge of SEO and content strategy
Familiarity with Zapier, Webflow, or HubSpot automation
