Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a high-growth team in Bangalore. Youll work on high-impact business problems, delivering actionable insights by analyzing data and building dashboards. This is a full-time, on-site position , where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions across product, business, and operations functions. Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to identify and solve key business challenges using data. Perform root cause analysis, create dashboards, and deliver insights for decision-making. Manage large datasets (1M 10M records/day) and ensure data accuracy. Build and maintain dashboards, fact tables, and data pipelines. Provide inputs on customer acquisition, growth, supply analytics, and marketplace health. Present insights in a business-friendly manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prototype and test data solutions to solve real-world business issues. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in Analytics. Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation. Advanced skills in Excel , spreadsheets , and data visualization . Experience in building dashboards (Metabase or other BI tools). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. PF registration is mandatory . Strong communication (written and verbal) is a must . Must be based in or ready to relocate to Bangalore . Preferred Skills / Good to Have: Experience in Logistics, Mobility, or Delivery-based domains . Familiarity with Metabase , statistical tools, or machine learning concepts . Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics , or a related quantitative discipline.
