Strategic Ownership & Vision : Define and own theproduct vision and roadmap across Growth and Core Experience. Align customerlifecycle initiatives with CheQs business goals to unlock scale. Core Product Infrastructure: Lead the development ofscalable systems like navigation, session management, and personalization.Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure modular, high-performancearchitecture. Customer Experience & Growth Innovation: Craftseamless, intuitive user experiences by deeply understanding behavior andfriction points. Drive rapid experimentation and funnel optimization to boostacquisition and retention. Performance & Reliability : Own key performance metricslike app load speed, crash rates, and responsiveness. Champion observabilityand instrumentation to maintain platform health and reliability. Cross-Functional Enablement : Build internal tools andframeworks that empower teams to deliver faster and better. Collaborate withvertical product pods to ensure unified and consistent user journeys What youll need 6+ yearsof product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead capacity Proventrack record in building scalable consumer products and leadingcross-functional pods. Experiencein growth-led roles with a strong grasp of experimentation, funnel design,lifecycle engagement, and marketing-tech tools. Deepunderstanding of product infrastructure, UX systems, modular design, andperformance optimization. Highanalytical acumen along with a strong business sense that guides ROI-basedprioritization. Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders. Highuser empathy, a sharp product sense, and a strong execution bias
