Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the preventive and predictive maintenance activities for weld equipment, including Spot, Stud, and Sealer Robots (Kawasaki & Nachi), Material Handling systems, Body Lifters, Conveyor & Transfer systems, Jigs & Fixtures, Hoist & Hangers, Hemming Machines, Portable Weld Guns, and Sealer Dispensers.
Troubleshoot and replace parts such as PLCs, Inverters, Servo Drives, Motors, Gearboxes, Chains, Bearings, etc.
Overhaul and maintain Robots (Mechanical/Electrical) to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity.
Manage and control automated/robotic weld lines while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Analyze and judge technical conditions through Vibration Analysis and Chain Elongation measurements.
Plan and execute maintenance strategies (Preventive, Breakdown, and Predictive Maintenance).
Ensure optimal equipment networking through knowledge of Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, and CC-Link.
Utilize digital tools and IoT technologies such as WiFi-based data transfer and symptom grasping tools for maintenance innovation.
Exhibit leadership skills to effectively guide and manage a team of 10-12 maintenance technicians.
Maintain and control budget, spares procurement, inventory, and SAP operations.
Promote a Kaizen mindset to implement continuous improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and team development.

Experience Requirement:

5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in weld line maintenance in the automobile OEM or auto component industry.
Strong practical knowledge and experience in managing robotic welding systems and automated production lines.
Experience working in multi-shift environments including holidays and shutdown maintenance activities.
