Job Description

You are being recruited for the position of Airport Ground Staff / Customer Service Associate at Leading Airlines located at IGI Nagpur Airport. This opportunity is open for both males and females who are freshers. Your primary responsibilities at the airport will include greeting and welcoming passengers, addressing their queries, handling baggage check-ins, making reservations, assisting with airline gates and seats, ensuring proper luggage tags and bar codes, as well as helping passengers with special needs such as disabled individuals and those traveling with young children. In case you are a complete fresher, the company will provide you with On-the-Job Training (OJT) either online or offline. Following the completion of the OJT, your starting salary will range from 25,000 Rs to 45,000 Rs per month along with additional benefits like cab facilities and perks. To be considered eligible for this role, you are required to have a minimum qualification of 10+2 or a Graduate degree. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with passengers. Additionally, individuals between the age of 18 to 25 years are preferred for this position. You should also be adaptable to changing work hours, days, locations, and travel requirements as per the job demands.,
