Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Coating Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our plant in Kutch, Gujarat . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the application and management of Epoxy, Polyethylene, Adhesive Shot, Grit , and Coating processes. This role involves both internal and external coating , as well as painting and other field-related operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that coating processes meet the highest quality standards while optimizing production efficiency and ensuring safety. Key Responsibilities: Coating Management: Oversee both internal and external coating processes, including the application of Epoxy, Polyethylene , and other industrial coatings on various substrates. Production Oversight: Manage the daily coating production activities for Adhesive Shot , Grit , and other raw materials, ensuring production schedules are met without compromising quality or safety. Painting Applications: Lead the application of painting techniques on equipment, structures, and other products as per project requirements, ensuring even coverage and proper curing. Field Experience: Work closely with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve coating-related issues at client sites, ensuring that external and internal coatings perform as required in various environments. Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of both raw materials and final products to ensure coatings meet required thickness, adhesion, and durability specifications. Process Optimization: Continuously improve coating processes, identifying areas to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance coating quality. Implement best practices in coating application, including automated systems and manual techniques where appropriate. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensure coating application machines and equipment (e.g., grit blasting machines, spray systems) are properly maintained. Address equipment breakdowns and production challenges promptly. Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations for the handling of chemicals (Epoxy, Polyethylene, Adhesive Shot, etc.) during production and painting processes. Team Leadership: Supervise and train production and field teams, ensuring effective communication and high performance. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
