We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead exciting projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. As a Senior Architect at Designo Architects, your key responsibilities will include understanding project requirements from clients, interpreting and complying with building bylaws, developing conceptual and detailed architectural drawings and design statements, coordinating and appointing various consultants to the project team, conducting meetings with clients and consultants, and preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM). Additionally, you will lead architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs, ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations applicable in India, manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and draughtsmen. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university, with a Master's degree preferred. You should have 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software, as well as strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in its application, are essential. Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED, GRIHA, etc.) is also required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders, along with leadership qualities to inspire and mentor a team of architects and designers, are highly valued.
