Headquartered in Singapore and with more than 10 local offices across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe, we are growing rapidly and looking for ambitious people to join our teams to build the future successes of Anchanto. This role exists as a part of the marketing department to lead the website development and other related activities. This includes owning and managing the technical frameworks, processes, tools and systems that are part of the marketing ecosystem. This role will work closely with all the marketing functions to ensure smooth technological infrastructure required for running crucial marketing campaigns, building & managing a website with highly advanced capabilities, and spearheading technical innovation to take the company's marketing initiatives to advanced levels. This role will also be involved in leading projects related to PHP closely working with the product and engineering team. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. - Own the development roadmap of Anchanto's website and its successful implementation. - Act as lead developer for any ad-hoc technical requirements that may arise for marketing purposes. - Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS. - Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin. - Hire and manage other developers to deliver projects at scale when needed. - Work with the engineering and product team to develop and manage plugins integrated with Anchanto products. Education: Bachelor's degree in technical education or higher Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in web development, with all relevant tech stack as part of skills. Skills: - Strong expertise of WordPress Platform. - Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems. - Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development (HubSpot, Greenhouse, Yoast). - Proficiency using ACF plugin (Advanced Customs Fields) and have an acknowledgement of technologies such as jQuery and bootstrap. - Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress. - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, sass & scss. - Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX. - The ability to work on LAMP development environment. - A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. - Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques. - Understanding of W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines. - Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. - Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers. - Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages. - Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML). - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN. - Strong understanding of PHP back-end development. We're looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Associate to support our growing team. You'll play a key role in building a great employee experiencefrom hiring and onboarding to culture and engagement initiatives. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love working with people, this role is a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including setting up IT equipment, accounts, and training sessions. Maintain and update employee data in our HRIS and ensure all digital records are accurate and up to date. Assist in managing performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and feedback loops. Coordinate internal events (virtual or in-person), wellness initiatives, and recognition programs to strengthen company culture. Help track time-off, attendance, and leave management through internal tools. Ensure HR practices are aligned with current labor laws and internal policies. Support payroll and benefits administration processes in collaboration with Finance. Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, tools, or processes. Assist in the development and rollout of new HR initiatives as the company scales. What're We Looking For: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 4 years of HR or People Ops experience . Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR, Lever, Greenhouse, Gusto, etc. is a big plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar. A team player with a high degree of empathy, discretion, and a can-do attitude. Passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace. Nice to Have: Previous experience working in a tech/startup environment. Knowledge of employment law, especially in tech hubs like California, New York, or India (depending on your region). HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
