You will be working as a Sr Executive Technical Services & Sales at Spectra Inks & Coatings Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Gravure Printing Inks & specialized Coatings. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Technical Services and Sales, along with a solid understanding of Gravure inks and the Converting industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients. You should also possess the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues promptly. Experience in customer relationship management is a key requirement, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A Diploma in Printing Technology or relevant experience as an Application Engineer is preferred. Experience with product development would be an added advantage.
