Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, creating engaging video content, and ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex information into visually engaging content that resonates with students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Develop engaging visual content for student engagement, including infographics, posters, and email templates.

• Ensure brand consistency across all designs by adhering to established brand guidelines.

• Create graphics for gamification elements.

2. Video Editing

• Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and student resources.

• Develop explainer videos, event recaps, and student success stories using creative transitions, effects, and sound.

• Add subtitles, animations, and graphics to enhance video engagement.

• Optimize video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Creative Strategy and Collaboration

• Work closely with the content and marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

• Analyze audience engagement and feedback to improve the effectiveness of visual content.

• Contribute to creative direction for student engagement campaigns and program launches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Proficiency in design and editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Ability to create visually appealing content tailored to a young, student-focused audience.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
