Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, a passion for design, and the ability to translate marketing goals into engaging visual content. You will be responsible for creating digital and print assets that communicate our brand and message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, print, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop concepts and execute designs that meet strategic objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and media.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
• Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and applications.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
• Photography or illustration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹102,718.54 - ₹240,799.09 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
