We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Thumbnails + Creatives)

Are you a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into visually stunning graphics and eye-catching thumbnails? We're looking for a graphic designer to join our fast-paced EdTech team.

Responsibilities:

Design high-conversion YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks.
Create engaging visuals for social media, ads, websites, and courses.
Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams to visualize ideas.
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
Edit and revise designs based on feedback quickly and creatively.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools).
Strong portfolio of thumbnails and graphic design work.
Ability to understand content and create visuals that elevate it.
Fast turnaround time and attention to detail.
Bonus: Knowledge of YouTube trends and thumbnail hooks.
