Job Description

Job Summary

creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging visual content for websites, social media, ads, brochures, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and creative requirements.
Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints.
Develop design concepts, mockups, and final deliverables with precision and creativity.
Work closely with developers, copywriters, and product managers to bring ideas to life.
Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-assisted creativity.
Juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines with confidence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from NIFT, NID, or a reputed Fine Arts college.
45 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
Familiarity with generative AI tools such as
Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora
, and
ChatGPT
for creative ideation and execution.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
Experience in
UI/UX design
with prototyping skills.
Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Prior agency experience is a strong advantage.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Motion graphics or video editing experience.
