Graphic Designer / Flash Developer

You should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The job is based in Bangalore within the e-Learning industry. As a Flash Developer, your main responsibility will be to utilize your high-level ActionScript skills to create multimedia elements, flash applications, and animations. You will collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop, and implement Flash applications that align with client expectations and project objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 Flash CS4/CS5, along with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Experience in programming with JavaScript, XML, and mastery of browser-based technologies like HTML, Javascript, and CSS is essential. Additionally, familiarity with XML technologies such as XSLT, XPATH, and cross-browser compatibility is required. Experience with multimedia technologies, PHP, .NET, and their integration with Flash development will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You should have a keen eye for detail, be able to troubleshoot design-related issues, and work closely with designers to ensure the final product aligns with the approved designs. An ability to develop games will be considered a plus. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing design concepts, understanding technical requirements, and creating user-centered interaction experiences. Your responsibilities will also include intuitive debugging, optimization, and the ability to animate proficiently in AS2 and AS3.
