Graphic Designer

Dr. Manik Memorial College, Dharmkot, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house media and communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling graphics for both digital and print platforms.

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: On-site – Dharmkot, Punjab
Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1–3 years preferred (talented freshers may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital content for social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Create visually appealing graphics for college promotions, events, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications
• Assist in developing branding materials, brochures, posters, and banners
• Collaborate with the content, photography, and video teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, student engagement, and outreach activities
• Ensure all designs align with the college’s brand guidelines and academic values

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) or equivalent design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a range of design styles
• Good understanding of social media design trends, layouts, and user engagement principles
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred)
