Soft Skills Trainer

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer who loves working with students. Your main job will be to help college students build confidence, communicate better, manage their time, work in teams, and develop a strong personality. If you enjoy inspiring young minds and want to make a real difference in their personal and career growth, we’d love to have you on our team !

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct fun and interactive sessions for students on communication, confidence, teamwork, etc.
• Create and customize training material as per student needs and age group.
• Use engaging activities like games, stories, role-plays, and videos to teach.
• Help students prepare for interviews, internships, and real-life situations.
• Observe and track students’ progress and give constructive feedback.
• Share regular updates and reports with the team or academic staff.
• Work closely with teachers and counselors to include soft skills in daily learning.
• Stay updated on student behavior trends and new training methods.

Must-Haves:

• Great communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in English and the local language
• A positive attitude and love for working with youth

Nice-to-Have:

• Certification in soft skills or personality development
• Experience with schools, colleges, or training institutes
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Classroom

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹34,243.09 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week

Work Location: In person
