Position Title: Graphic Designer I

Location: Mumbai, in office

Reports To: Barbara George, Marketing Communications Manager

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer I to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll support both c3controls and its digital marketing subsidiary c3digitus, developing visuals for a wide range of projects—both internal brand initiatives and client campaigns. From social media graphics and brochures to digital ads and web visuals, you’ll collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, brand-aligned design. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design print and digital materials such as layouts, logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website visuals
• Translate creative direction and project briefs into polished visual designs that reflect the brand’s tone and style
• Develop visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Support the production of photography and imagery for use in design projects
• Clearly communicate design ideas to internal teams and occasionally to clients
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to support larger campaign initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, offering design ideas and feedback
• Manage multiple deadlines, delivering quality work on time and with attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to easily communicate in the English language
• Comfortable working cooperatively within a team and independently while remaining open to feedback and direction
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools

Education & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, print, and digital work
