As a COE Solutions Delivery Lead at Teradata, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the Core Delivery Team of Solutions COE SMEs/Technical Leads/Architects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with COE Region Solution Leads, Teradata Delivery Teams, and Teradata Account Teams to develop and manage the Solution Delivery Methodology/Assets. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of solutions as per the expected delivery & quality metrics, continuous improvement in delivery efficiency target metrics, and maintaining high CSAT. Your role will require strong technical management skills, project delivery and governance skills, team building, mentoring and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Teradata Solutions Strategy and Teradata Technology, Data Architecture, and the partner engagement model. You will report directly to Teradata's Head of Solution COE. Key Responsibilities: - Technical accountability for project delivery executions - Conceptualize and Build an Execution to support and scale project executions - Establish program and project delivery frameworks - Conduct periodic governance reviews on delivery improvement initiatives - Participate as a thought leader and contribute to the core objectives of the COE - Build and run a comprehensive Delivery Governance model - Drive efficiencies across project execution teams - Collaborate with stakeholders to build/utilize the COE Delivery team - Provide mentoring and guidance to Project Execution Teams - Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Execution Assets - Be one of the core influencers for Solution Deliveries The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 15 years of IT work experience, with at least 10 years in large project implementation roles. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of Teradata Implementation experience, with at least 2 years of strong AI/Data solution implementations is required. Experience in building successful project execution teams, leading effective teams, collaborating across business units, and knowledge of the latest delivery and governance methodologies are essential. Your collaborative attitude, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, prioritize assignments, and work both independently and in a team environment will be key to your success in this role.
