As a Solar Design Engineer at ECE India Energies, you will be responsible for creating advanced and efficient solar energy systems. Your duties will involve designing systems, analyzing specifications, evaluating potential risks, and providing updates on project advancement and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with diverse teams is crucial to identify business prospects and offer tailored solutions that adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field - Proficiency in software applications like AutoCAD, Google Sketch, and MS Excel - Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like MATLAB or PVSyst - Understanding of safety, regulatory, and quality standards in the solar industry - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders - Experience in project management, including risk assessment and reporting - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision - Fluency in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Marathi considered a plus This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts.
