You will be responsible for understanding the End to End Hiring process, including analyzing system integrations in the recruitment technology eco-system. It is crucial to have in-depth knowledge of the hiring tools implemented and continuously upskill yourself. Your role will involve helping in training end users, resolving any queries in the process, and working closely with the Avature implementation team to ensure the delivery of required functionality with seamless knowledge. You will be expected to continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and programs, creating synergies through the effective use of the system. Taking initiative to understand organizational needs and drivers, identifying trends, evaluating practices, and documenting process requirements related to the usage of Avature will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with system users and stakeholders to provide troubleshooting, research, and guidance, consistently leveraging best practices, is essential. You should manage incoming inquiries to closure, appropriately escalating cases and broader discussions as needed. Having knowledge of Microsoft Tools, along with 1-3 years of experience in Avature or a similar ATS tool, is required. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory for this role. Being flexible with shift timing (Both EST and PST) and being ready to work from the office or in a hybrid model are necessary. The job also involves a calling profile of 30-40%.
