We are a US-based MNC looking to hire GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert

Job details:

Experience : 3 -5 years

Education : Any Graduate

Work timings : 12 Noon to 9:00PM ( flexible with night shifts )

Work location : Kolkata

Working days : 5.5 days ( 2 Saturdays are off)

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage, build, and optimize marketing automation systems, CRM workflows, and funnel setups for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize sales funnels using GoHighLevel
• Set up and manage automated workflows, triggers, and campaigns
• Customize pipelines, dashboards, and CRM fields for client-specific needs
• Integrate third-party tools and manage API connections as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for GHL platform users
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with business goals
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for CRM usage

Requirements:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1to 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, automation workflows, and funnel building
• Familiarity with SMS, email marketing, and call tracking within GHL
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Twilio, Stripe, or other marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency or client-facing experience
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and funnel customization
• Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or SEO knowledge is a plus
